Increased Confidence

One of the best ways of developing young people's confidence is for them to teach others. Every team is involved in several days work in local schools. Whether in shanty towns or in rural areas these schools are usually over crowded, with more than 100 children in a class, and can be very poorly equipped. Our young people are involved in classroom work with our English and Maths teachers and they are also encouraged to run their own creative activity classes and games sessions.
